പ്രമുഖ ഓൺലൈൻ മാധ്യമ സ്ഥാപനമായ ഡൂൾന്യൂസിലൂടെ (Dool News) കരിയറിന്റെ തുടക്കം. സിനിമാ, വാർത്തകൾ, വിദേശ വാർത്തകൾ എന്നിവയിൽ ഒരു വർഷം ഇവിടെ ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചു. ശേഷം റിപ്പോർട്ടർ ടിവിയിൽ (Reporter TV) വെബ് ജേർണലിസ്റ്റായി പ്രവർത്തനം തുടങ്ങി. മുഖ്യധാരാ മാധ്യമമെന്ന നിലയിൽ റിപ്പോർട്ടർ ടിവിയിലെ ഒന്നര വർഷത്തെ ജോലി കരിയറിൽ ​ഗുണകരമായി. എല്ലാ വാർത്താ മേഖലകളിലും കുറേക്കൂടി അറിവ് നേടാനായി. വെബ് ജേർണലിസത്തിന്റെയും കണ്ടന്റ് റൈറ്റിം​ഗിന്റെയും സാധ്യതകൾ കൂടുതലറിഞ്ഞു. വിനോദ വാർത്തകളോടാണ് കൂടുതൽ താൽപര്യമെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കി പൂർണമായും അതിൽ ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിക്കുകയും ഫിൽമിബീറ്റ് മലയാളത്തിന്റെ ഭാ​​ഗമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

"Ranjina Mathew began her media career as a subeditor trainee at Kannur Vision, a local channel. After eight months there, she moved on to work as a sub-editor at Kerala Vision, a local channel based in Malappuram. Here, she honed her skills in news presentation and reporting and gained knowledge about the film industry by training to prepare film-related news for weekend programs. She worked as a content editor and news anchor for two years. കല്‍പറ്റ ഗവ.കോളേജില്‍ നിന്നും ബിരുദവും, കാര്യവട്ടം ക്യാംപസില്‍ എംസിജെയും പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കി. മാതൃഭൂമി, മംഗളം തുടങ്ങിയ പത്രങ്ങളില്‍ ഇന്റേണ്‍ഷിപ്പോടെ പത്രപ്രവര്‍ത്തന രംഗത്തേക്ക്. പബ്ലിക് റിലേഷന്‍സ് ഡിപ്പാര്‍ട്ട്‌മെന്റില്‍ സുതാര്യകേരളം പ്രൊജക്റ്റില്‍ കോഡിനേറ്ററായി രണ്ട് വര്‍ഷം പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചു. പിന്നീട് ഓണ്‍ലൈന്‍ മാധ്യമരംഗത്തേക്ക്. സിനിമ, ടെലിവിഷന്‍ മേഖലകളോടുള്ള താല്‍പര്യത്തില്‍ ഫില്‍മിബീറ്റിനൊപ്പം നാലര വര്‍ഷം പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചു. പിന്നീട് ടൈംസ് ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ മലയാളം പോര്‍ട്ടലായ സമയം മലയാളത്തിലേക്ക്. സീനിയര്‍ ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ കണ്ടന്റ് റൈറ്ററായി നാലര വര്‍ഷം ജോലി ചെയ്തു. 2025 നവംബര്‍ മുതല്‍ ഫില്‍മിബീറ്റിനൊപ്പം.
