അജിത്ത്‌ കൊല്ലം ജീവചരിത്രം

മലയാളത്തിലെ പ്രശസ്ത ചലച്ചിത്ര നടനാണ് കൊല്ലം അജിത്ത്. വില്ലന്‍ വേഷങ്ങളിലൂടെയാണ് ചലച്ചിത്രരംഗത്ത് ശ്രദ്ധിക്കപ്പെട്ടു തുടങ്ങിയത്. 1984-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ പത്മരാജൻറെ പറന്നു പറന്നു പറന്ന് ആയിരുന്നു അജിത്ത് അഭിനയിച്ച ആദ്യത്തെ ചലച്ചിത്രം.സിനിമയോട് ഒരു ബന്ധവുമില്ലാതെയാണ് അജിത് താരമായത്. സംവിധാന സഹായിയാകാൻ പോയി ഒടുവിൽ നടനായി മാറുകയായിരുന്നു.

സംവിധായകൻ പത്മരാജന്റെ സഹായിയാകൻ അവസരം ചോദിച്ചെത്തിയ അജിത്തിന് അദ്ദേഹം തന്റെ പറന്ന് പറന്ന് പറന്ന് എന്ന സിനിമയിൽ അഭിനയിക്കാൻ അവസരം നൽകുകയായിരുന്നു. 1983- ലാണ് ഈ ചിത്രം ഇറങ്ങിയത്. തന്റെ മിക്കപടങ്ങളിലും അജിത്തിനൊരു വേഷം കരുതിയിരുന്നു പത്മരാജൻ. 1989 -ൽ ഇറങ്ങിയ അഗ്നിപ്രവേശം എന്ന സിനിമയിൽ അജിത് നായകനുമായി അഭിനയിച്ചിരുന്നു. 2012- ൽ ഇറങ്ങിയ ഇവൻ അർധനാരിയാണ് ഏറ്റവും ഒടുവിൽ അഭിനയിച്ച ചലച്ചിത്രം.

മലയാളം, തമിഴ്, തെലുങ്ക്, ഹിന്ദി ഭാഷകളിലായി ഏകദേശം അഞ്ഞൂറോളം സിനിമകളിലും നിരവധി ടെലിവിഷൻ പരമ്പരകളിലും അഭിനയിച്ചിരുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹം രണ്ട് സിനിമകൾ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഉദര സംബന്ധമായ അസുഖം മൂലം 2018 ഏപ്രിൽ 5 ന് കൊച്ചിയിൽ അദ്ദേഹം അന്തരിച്ചു.
